I came in to possibly put my TJ down. Dr Monica gave me all the options and helped me make the right decision. I received so much kindness and compassion and even was asked if I was ok with a hug. I had all the time I needed with my pet before and after. I'm so grateful to all the staff at CPC. ♡

I was just flabbergasted! One of the reasons we moved our animals over to this clinic was because of the great reviews we'd read and the word of mouth we'd heard about how accommodating this practice was in emergencies.Living in a rural area without 24hr emergency care, having a vet that is accommodating is extremely important. Previously we've had great experiences in emergency situations previously with this clinic, but obviously something has changed. At this point we will have to rethink our decision to make this clinic our primary vet.

This is not a reflection on Dr. Oler-he's wonderful, but unfortunately his office staff/receptionist is horrid. I'm wondering if there was a staff change recently that has caused this drastic change. Thankfully the cat's previous vet was more than willing to squeeze him in - TODAY.
Outstanding vet!!! I will only bring my animals to visit. He is knowledgeable, reasonable and very compassionate. My dog Kasa loves him!
We were very happy when Dr Oler opened this clinic in Cornville. He's great with the animals and a very down to earth Doc. We slowly started moving all our household animals over to him as the time for annuals arrived for each one. All total we have 2 dogs and 5 cats. This weekend we had an issue with one of the cats. Sat morning we noticed him limping and one of his paws swollen. By Sunday the paw was almost double in size and we became very concerned. Called Monday morning to bring him in. They refused to see him and said we would have to wait until tomorrow afternoon. My 94yr old grandfather then called begging them to see the cat because he's under such duress. They offered to see him on Sat-5 DAYS FROM NOW!!! Then proceeded to offer him phone numbers for other vets.
